These Terms of Service govern your access to the Ormont Paris website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. Purchases of frames are also subject to our Terms & Conditions and Exchange and Refund Policy.

The House

Ormont Paris is a maison d'optique founded in 2026. The Site presents the SS26 collection and related services of the House. Correspondence: info@ormont.store.

Use of the Site

You may browse, create an account, and place orders for lawful personal use. You must not:

• interfere with the Site, its security, or other visitors
• scrape, copy, or republish the catalogue in bulk
• misrepresent yourself when writing to the House or checking out
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we need to protect the House or its clients.

Accounts

An account is optional. Shop, bag, and checkout remain open to guests. If you register, you are responsible for the details you provide and for keeping sign-in credentials private. You may ask us to close an account by writing to the House.

Intellectual property

The Ormont wordmark, Maison illustration, product imagery, and all copy on this Site are the property of Ormont Paris unless otherwise noted. You may not use them without written permission from the House.

Availability

The Site, including virtual try-on and certain payment methods, may be incomplete, interrupted, or withdrawn while the House prepares SS26. We do not warrant uninterrupted access.

Privacy

We collect only what you choose to share — typically name, email, and message, and the details required to place an order. That information is used to fulfil and respond, and is not sold. Technical data may be logged to keep the Site secure.

Liability

The Site is offered as a presentation of the House. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ormont Paris is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the House and the collection evolve. The date above is the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
